Four Event Stages in Mightiest Empire

The Mightiest Empire event consists of four distinct stages: Matchmaking, Preparation, War, and Recovery. Each phase plays a crucial role in determining the fate of both empires, requiring players to strategize and execute their plans effectively.

1. Matchmaking Stage (24 Hours)

During this phase, players can review event rules, check their assigned opponents, and preview rewards. If no suitable match is found, the event is temporarily closed, and bye-round rewards are sent via in-game mail. Matchmaking considers factors like activity and power levels, though the exact criteria remain undisclosed.

2. Preparation Stage (6 Days)

In this phase, players earn points through in-game activities, both individually and as an alliance. These points determine the winning empire for preparation stage and provide crucial buffs for the upcoming War Stage. Activities include:

  • Resource Gathering – Collect resources to boost empire strength.
  • Unit Training – Train troops to enhance battle readiness.
  • Tribal Elimination – Defeat tribal enemies and invaders.
  • Speed-Up Consumption – Utilize speed-ups to accelerate progress.
  • Power Increase – Strengthen forces through research, training, and upgrades.

Top-ranking alliances can also relocate to faction camp areas before the war, securing better positioning. Cross-border chat enables interaction with rival players, allowing for diplomacy or psychological warfare.

Benefits of Winning Preparation Stage

The empire that wins the Preparation Stage gains crucial advantages in the War Stage:

  • Control over War Stage timing – Top 300 players in winning kingdom vote between four possible time slots for the war stage to take place with the highest voted time slot being announced during the final hours leading up to the battle.
  • Damage Buffs – 3% increased attack power for all units.
  • Defensive Advantage – The winning empire only attacks, without defending their own Imperial City and if they are able to capture defenders Imperial City they would hold both Imperial Cities for next week.

The Mightiest Empire event is an exhilarating test of skill, strategy, and teamwork. Prepare, strategize, and claim victory!

3. War Stage (8 Hours)

This phase determines the fate of both empires. The winning empire from the Preparation Stage launches an invasion into the losing empire’s territory. Key elements include:

  • Invasion Camps – Special locations appear on both maps, enabling cross-border movement with a relocation item.
  • Faction Camp Relocation – Top alliances can relocate near the Imperial City before the battle begins.
  • Battle Rules – Troop level differences must not exceed two levels for fairness.
  • Scoring – Points are earned by defeating enemies, wounding troops, or even losing units in battle.

The fight for the Imperial City follows standard Imperial City Showdown rules:

  • The alliance that controls the Imperial City for one hour continuously wins.
  • If no alliance maintains control for an hour, the one with the longest occupation time within five hours is declared the victor.

If the invading empire wins, their appointed King rules over both kingdoms, controlling appointments, rewards, and special kingdom-wide abilities. If the defenders succeed, their King retains power while the invading kingdom remains leaderless.

After the battle, all cross-border players return to their home servers.

4. Recovery Stage (24 Hours)

Following the war, players can recover a portion of fallen troops through alliance assistance or by purchasing recovery tokens. Recovery has a base percentage with a set limit, ensuring partial but not full troop replenishment.

Final rewards, including Empire Glory Medals, are distributed via in-game mail. Any unrecovered units or unclaimed medals receive system compensation, mitigating post-battle losses.
